Individual Fitness is Important!
In order to track individual fitness levels, students will be tested in five physical fitness areas twice a school year: Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Agility, and Flexibility. Fall and Spring tests include: Distance Run (1/4, 1/2, mile), One minute Sit-up test, Shuttle Run, Pull-up or Flex Arm Hang, and Sit and Reach test.
